READ OUR RENTAL POLICY

  1. A 25% non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required to confirm all orders. This is applied to your account. Balance of account must be paid in full before delivery or pickup of order.

  2. Most tableware items are rented in units of 10. They are bagged and heat sealed to ensure they are “table ready.” They cannot be rented in smaller quantities.

  3. The customer is responsible for breakage, loss and damage of rented equipment. Rental items must be returned in the same condition as received except for washing dishes.

  4. Dishes MUST be returned unwashed.

  5. Rental items must be returned to the store by noon on the date of return. If you wish to rent for one more day, you will only be charged 25% of the first day’s value. This must be arranged in advance to be eligible for the lower rate.

  6. Door to door delivery service is available. Please call the office for a quote for set up or tear down services.
